Christine Pilkington

Christine is an Associate Solicitor who deals with all types of disputes, particularly in relation to property, contracts, land and wills and inheritance. She also deals with family work which includes divorce and property settlements, civil partnership dissolution and property settlements, pre-nuptial/civil partnership agreements cohabitation agreements and disputes and issues relating to children.

Christine joined Sedgwick’s in January 2006.

Prior to this, she has worked at Birmingham County Court before getting her Law degree and qualifying as a solicitor in 1975. Since then, Christine has worked as a solicitor in the Manchester area. In 1992, she was President of the Bury and District Law Society following a number of years acting as Secretary to the Society. The same year, she was nominated as Lancashire Woman of the Year.

In her spare time, Christine enjoys watching sport reading, gardening, walking her dogs, all types of boating, including white water rafting!

On account of her connections with Birmingham, Christine is a life long supporter of Aston Villa Football Club.
