Reluctant to make a claim?

Don’t be. As members of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and Lexcel accredited we are dedicated to standards of excellence in client care. By instructing us you will have the peace of mind of knowing that our team of specialist lawyers will deal with your claim from start to finish.

We don't deal with insurance companies or large accident management firms where in many cases claims are sold to the 'highest bidder' who then seeks to deduct the referral fee from the client's compensation. At S.P.A.C.E. (Sedgwick Phelan Accident Claims Experts) we cut out the 'middle man' and you keep 100% of the compensation recovered.*

*Except for road traffic cases where the third party cannot be traced or criminal injury cases - contact us to find out more.
